How do you create a video introduction? How does it work?

With a video introduction, you can record a brief video about yourself … who you are, what you do and what interests you. Then, choose a category for your introduction video, and assign a tag  (hashtag) to that category. When you publish your video, you’ll appear in this category. These videos are “public” which means they are visible for MobiLine community members to see, as they explore different categories..

How do you create a video invitation as your calling? How does this work?

You can record a video as you are calling someone; they can preview your video, and if they like it, then they can answer your call.This is the new way of calling, which turns the cold call into a much warm one. When someone receives your call, they can know reason behind your call and then answer in real-time. At the same time, when you receive a call, you have the option to accept the call or decline based on what you see, hear and learn first.

Video invitation gives MobiLiners video or audio calls. Regardless of how you call on MobiLine, you are adding face value to every call.

Can I make a "direct call" without recording invitation?

Yes, with MobiLine you can make a direct call. During the countdown to calling, you can press the call button and it will become a regular call without a video or voice invitation. However, you can only make direct calls with people in your contact only. Someone you would like to connect with for the first time requires the introduction video prior to the call, and cannot be called directly.

Is MobiLine communication or a social networking app?

MobiLIne is a combination of both. We consider MobiLine a video communications platform for people who are looking for meaningful calls and connections through video. Is there a way to upload / invite my contacts into MobiLine?

Yes, MobiLine functionality enables you to invite your current phone contacts into the MobiLine community. You can also invite your friends on Facebook and Twitter to join you on MobiLine.

What are the categories used for and how do you search?

The categories allow MobiLine community members to add videos to specific areas of interest where they want to be discovered or where they can search and explore what they might need or want to learn from other community members. The categories are a range of interests with an opportunity to take call relevance to a new level and by dramatically increasing call connectivity. Each category offers you the opportunity to display your talent with a video clip and get noticed from potential connections around the world.

How do I report an abusive community member?

MobiLine does not permit unlawful, threatening,abusive, harassing, defamatory, libelous, deceptive, fraudulent, obscene,vulgar, offensive, profane, or content that is otherwise deemed inappropriate by us in our sole discretion. We encourage community members to access our Help Center to report any such abusive content to our Help Center representatives,at which time, the material will be reviewed, the abusive subscriber will be notified and warned, and the content will be deleted. Any MobiLine subscriber who repeatedly posts such content will be blocked from the MobiLine community.

Do I own my videos or can MobiLine share my videos too?

You are the owner of your content. However, when you publish your video content in the MobiLine community, you’re granting MobiLine a worldwide, non-exclusive, perpetual, royalty-free, fully paid, sub-licensable and transferable license to use, edit, modify, reproduce, distribute, and prepare derivative works of and otherwise fully use your video content in connection with our app and our communications platform. Because video content includes your name, likeness, voice, video, or photograph, when you use MobiLine, you’re acknowledging and agreeing to the terms of our platform’s use.
